Greg was born in Greenwood, Mississippi, and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, where his parents [Homer (retired) & June (a many-times published author)], older brother (Jeff, an attorney), sister-in-law (Leslie, a homemaker), and two young nieces still reside. As a 1990 graduate (BBA in Accounting from its School of Business) of Baylor University – his career began as a tax accountant for Ernst & Young in Dallas. From there he moved into a real estate tax planning and research position with another prominent Dallas firm, providing management advisory services to several large real estate developers. He teaches two Bible study classes at 1st Baptist church in Terrell and has a passion for studying the word of God. To describe him as an avid outdoorsman understates the obvious (look around –“rabid” may be better than “avid”). He is proficient with bow & arrow and muzzle-loaded weapons. He enjoys hunting in all its forms (deer, duck, pheasant, etc.) and fishing. By all appearances he is most comfortable when working up a good sweat – whether real labor in our own shop, chopping wood for neighbors, or other worthwhile (generally physical) cause.

Born and raised in Dallas by his parents Vivian and Don Sr Nickson, Don’s tenure will reach 10 years this September with us. He started in the shop as a tire technician and worked his way up to salesman. He has grown tremendously as am employee and a person since starting with the company. His customer service has proven to be the best in the industry. Knowledge without application is just knowing. Don has devoted much time to developing an expertise in every area of our business. Specifically; 1) Lift kits; 2) Plus size tire/wheel fitments and 3) Performance Tuning. With the tools Don has in his tool box, serving you, the customer, is always a pleasure for him. There is no automotive need Don can not handle.

Born and raised in Paul’s Valley, OK, Gary was formerly an assistant store director for Tom Thumb Grocery before joining our team in July 2008. Gary has a heart for service. His desire to take care of you, the customer, and knowledge of automotive applications is the formula for providing the right application every time. Whether it is knowing the correct offset on aftermarket wheels or the correct load index for a pickup truck, Gary will go the extra mile to handle the situation at hand.

Born and raised in Dallas, Roy has blessed our industry for the past 19 years. With 15 years experience with Goodyear Tire & Rubber, Roy joined our team in 2006. His ASE certification in several areas gives you, the customer, the confidence that your vehicle is being repaired correctly. One thing that separates Roy from other automotive technicians is his ability to identify a problem, break it down into its components and address not just the symptoms but the causes. Whether electrical or engine diagnostic, undercar repair or suspension lifts, Roy’s pride in what he does show the true American work ethic.

Born and raised in Ennis Texas, Michael joined our team in 2003 as a tire technician. After applying himself for two years he was promoted and joined our mechanical technician team. He left in 2007 and worked for a competitor before returning to our team in 2009. His expertise in Alignment/Front-end and brakes will ensure you will not only get where you are going in a straight line, but will be able to stop once you arrive. Michael’s willingness to get the job done to satisfy the customer’s needs mirror’s our company’s goals. His unique laugh will keep you smiling while you are driving.

Raised in Dallas by his parents Benny & Sherry Williams, Cory has been an asset to our company since joining our team in 2001. After serving as service manager until 2006, Cory received a call to the ministry and attended Texas Baptist Seminary to later pastor two churches in East Texas before returning to our team in June 2010. He currently serves as pastor of Meadowbrook Missionary Baptist church in Wills Point. His 12 years experience and ASE certifications have weathered him to be one of the best servants in our business. What stands out about Cory is first his hunger for the challenge’s your vehicle may present but foremost is the satisfaction of fixing a problem and putting you back on the road safely. Being a husband and father of four, he understands the importance of dependable transportation. With Cory, you will get an honest answer backed with integrity.

Raised in Kaufman, TX, Valentin joined our team in 2007. As a tire technician he brings experience that is hard to find in our industry. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to installing farm implement and other large tires. Some call his techniques old fashion but he is consistent and accurate. A job done by Valentin is a job done right. If it is not professional it is not for him.

Born and raised in Dallas, Joe joined us in August 2008. Joe has a very quite personality but a loud work ethic. Joe’s habits are about the details. Whether installing tires or performing an oil change Joe makes sure your vehicle is safe for the road. He may not say much but his work habits speak loudly.

Sandi joined us in June 2009. Performing tedious tasks is a large part of her day. Performing the functions of AR, AP reconciliation and various other tasks, Sandi adds personality to our office and shop. We look to Sandi to help keep us on our toes when it comes to a clean woman’s bathroom etc… Not much falls through the cracks with Sandi on your side.
